Payment Methods

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 or 5–7 business days of placing your order, unless stated otherwise in the product description or if it’s a preorder item.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

My package was lost, stolen, or damaged — what do I do?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

You can file a claim directly with the shipping carrier:

    •    USPS: (800) 275-8777

    •    UPS: (800) 742-5877

I just placed an order and need to cancel — what do I do?

If you’d like to cancel or change your order, please email elah.lior@gmail.com within 12 hoursof placing it.


Please note: We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once your order has been processed.

My item doesn’t fit. Can I return it?

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges.

My size is sold out. When will it restock?

Restocks will be announced on our social media platforms — follow us to stay updated on all new drops and restocks.
